Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, we remove duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product quality.

 

Does your studio provide videography and other services related to the wedding?

Yes. We cover all services related to wedding shoots including videography.

 

Do you do destination weddings? And what are the additional fees for it?

Yes, we do destination weddings and our destination wedding package excludes travel and accommodation cost.

 

Do you provide partial day coverage?

Yes only, when the client’s require it.

 

Do you do headshots, individual portraits, model shoots, family portraits, newborn shoots, commercial photography, event photography, Advertisements, 360 (degree) or other types of photography?

Yes, we have experience in many fields of photography. We would love to cover any of your occasions. Please feel free to contact us.

 

What is your philosophy regarding photography?

We believe in capturing memories through our photography.

 

What is your photography style?

At Peppeads, we are not just photographers but artists creating unique expressive imagery for every one of our clients. We love telling stories through our photography and do that by playing with creative lighting, unique angles, compositions and artistic post-production refining.

 

 

Can I see a full event from start to finish?

Yes. Our Website, Facebook page and Instagram has a lot of photos and videos from full events for you to look at.

 

 

Do you touch up all the images in our image download?

Yes, we do. Selected images we deliver has gone through our unique signature style of post-production.

 

Do you shoot in JPEG, Small Raw, or Large Raw?

We shoot in both Small Raw and Large Raw based on the situation.

 

What happens if we go over the contracted amount of time?

At Peppeads, we do not work on a contracted time policy, we cover entire events. However, the client must provide us with complete and truthful information about the requirements before the invoice is generated.

 

How long does it take to get my prints?

Once the clients have chosen the pictures they want to incorporate into their album, it may take anywhere between 6-8 weeks to receive the prints.

 

Workflow of album design and printing?

It is the client’s responsibility to send the selected pictures to us.

Once clients choose the pictures they like, the pictures are then designed (5 Sheets for the understanding) and sent to the client for approval, the client can request for a change in design for one time only, and after the design is approved by the client, We will start the entire album designing process?

Once the album designing work is completed, we will mail the album proof. After the client confirms via mail, for the printing. We will proceed for the album printing.

Do you guys provide framing services as well?

Yes, we do.

 

Do you provide the RAW files from my engagement session and/or wedding day or other events?

No, we do not.

 

How are images delivered to me and what if I lose my images?

All images are uploaded onto an online platform and stored there for a week, clients are requested to back up these images for future use. Images will be given to clients once.

 

We live out-of-town. Is it possible for our family/friends to meet with you instead?

We’d love to meet your relatives, answer their questions and review our work with them. However, we try our best to get to know the couple well before their BIG DAY. In case you can’t meet us in person, we would love to get to know your requirements either through phone calls.

 

 

We’re very busy and won’t be able to meet. Are there any other options?

We would love to meet with you prior to your engagement or wedding shoot. However, if you’re too busy or too far away, we can handle everything remotely. Just let us know what information you need via phone call or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Do you travel to meet clients?

We typically do not travel to meet clients but we would not turn a request for a meeting down. Alternatively, you are always welcome to drop in at our office.

 

How do I set up an appointment to meet you in person and see some of your work?

How many days in advance to book dates?

Dates must be booked 60 days in advance as we work on a first come first serve basis. Assurance of acquiring a booking on your required date cannot be given if reservations are made within 30 days or less.

 

If we cancel the wedding, will we receive our retainer fee back?

If we change our wedding to a different date, will we be able to use our retainer fee towards a future date?

No, this is not encouraged, however, this may change depending upon the client and situation.

 

Do you charge travel and accommodation fee if it’s outside the city?

Yes, travel and reasonable accommodation fee are charged.
